How can I keep track of my favorite event sites and vendors?

To keep track of sites and vendors you can save them to your favorites directly from your search results or within an individual vendor listing profile. To use this feature, you'll need to register as a visitor. Then simply go to My Account to view all your favorites and/or compare your favorites side by side.

How do I request more information about an event site or vendor?

To request more information simply click on the “Request Information” link in the individual vendor listing profile. Fill out the form or sign in to automatically populate your information in the form, then click Send. Your request will be listed in My Account if you are signed in.

I forgot my email address and/or password. How do I gain access to my account?

If you forgot your password only, go to the Sign In page and click on Forgot My Password. Fill out the information and your password will be emailed to you at the email address on record.

I am unable to Sign In. What do I do?

If you are receiving an error message when attempting to sign in, please review the following troubleshooting tips:

Username/Password Issue
Hopefully, this is a simple matter of entering the right username and password.

If you forgot your password only, go to the Sign In page and click on Forgot My Password. Fill out the information and your password will be emailed to you at the email address on record.

If you forgot your email address, please Contact Us.

Terminated Account
We take security very seriously on ForThisEvent.com. Unfortunately, that means that sometimes honest registered visitors are mistakenly terminated. If a mistake has been made on our part, please Contact Us immediately so we can make it right.

Some other possibilities:

  • If your email address is not recognized in the "Forgot My Password" field, make sure you are entering the email address associated with your ForThisEvent.com account. If you have multiple ForThisEvent.com accounts, make sure you enter the right one.
  • If you're sure you have the right email address, and it's not being accepted, there may be a larger issue to address. Contact Us, and we'll get it taken care of as quickly as possible.
  • If you are copying and pasting your password into the password field, be sure you did not copy a blank "space" before or after the password.

How do I sign up my business?

If you would like to sign up your business simply click on the Vendor Signup tab on the top of any page and fill out the questionnaire and select a subscription plan. Please note the more information you provide the better results you will receive. Once your profile has been reviewed and accepted by our customer service department, your profile will be ready for viewing.

What subscription plans are available and how much do they cost?

We have three subscription plans, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Please click on the Vendor Signup tab for features and pricing.

How do I upgrade my listing subscription?

For even better results and maximizing your marketing efforts, take advantage of a Silver or Gold subscription. Upgrading to a Silver or Gold subscription plan may just provide you with that additional edge you need. Just go to My Account and click on View/Edit Subscription Plan.

How do I edit my profile or change my contact information?

You can edit your profile or change your contact information any time by going to My Account. Here you can edit your account information or edit your listing profile(s). To change your email address, please Contact Us.

I am not the original account owner. How do I gain access to my account?

If you are not the person who set up the account and do not know the account manager’s email address or password and wish to gain access, please Contact Us.

How do I submit feedback about ForThisEvent.com or any of its content?

What forms of payment do you accept?

ForThisEvent.com is proud to accept the following:

  • MasterCard

We do not accept:

  • Cash
  • Personal or company checks

How do I use promotion codes or coupons?

To redeem a promotion code or coupon, you can enter the promotion code during the checkout process. If you need more instruction or have additional questions, simply Contact Us.

How do I view the status of my subscription?

To view the status of your subscription, go to My Account and click on View/Edit Subscription Plan. Your subscription status, dates, and renewal option will be displayed on this page. Here you can also:

  • Turn Auto-Renewal on or off
  • Upgrade your subscription
  • Resign or reactivate your subscription

Is the information I give you secure?

Can I change or cancel (resign) my subscription?

Yes, you can change or cancel (resign) your subscription at any time. To edit your profile or change your contact information go to My Account. Here you can edit your account information or edit your listing profile.

To resign your subscription go to My Account and click on View/Edit Subscription Plan. Here you can resign your subscription. However, please note that there are no refunds provided for resigned subscription after three days from the subscription date as stated in the Refund Policy in the Terms of Service.

Can I order my subscription by phone, email or fax?

In order to protect your security, we do not accept subscriptions via phone, email or fax.
