At Two Tarts Cake Co., we believe your cake should be a great dessert first and foremost.
We proudly do not use rolled fondant on any of our cakes. We wouldn’t dream of covering a wonderful cake with a heap of powdered sugar, shortening, gelatin, and glycerin. Glycerin is a major ingredient in soap, for goodness sake; it shouldn’t be on your cake
All of our cakes are covered in our sweet cream icing, which is light, fluffy, and unbelievably addictive. We bake all of our cakes from scratch, to order, so you will be guaranteed a fresh, moist cake. No powdered sugar, no shortening, no weird artificial flavors that were created in a lab- real cream, fresh fruit, real vanilla.
You get to choose your flavor combinations from our extensive menu, and even if you don’t see what you are looking for, chances are we can make it.
