Katy Gillis is the founder and owner of Pure Women's Fitness, a personal training company with branches in Atlanta, GA and Saint Augustine, FL. Katy is a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist. She donates weekly fitness classes to her local community. Her fitness and nutrition articles have been published in magazines such as Skirt magazine, Woman's Digest, Pink magazine, and Atlanta Sports and Fitness.
Katy is a speaker on the national level, with topics that include women's health, fitness, and nutrition, post natal health, small business, entrepreneurship, and sales. Currently you can find Katy living an exciting life as a full-time wife and mother, running her company, training her clients, writing her first book (an autobiography/cookbook fusion, due out 2010), speaking to and instructing women's groups, and continuing her education as a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner.
