Can I cook meals to reheat later? Absolutely...Chef Ryan can prepare a number of different meals to be enjoyed throughout the week. Proper cooling and storage of foods ensures at least a week of freshness in your own refrigerator.
Can I rent a Chef to cater? Catering for small gatherings (up to 20 people) is ideal. Please provide anywhere from a week to a few days advance notice for menu formulation and planning.
What areas do you serve? Portland and its surrounding areas are reasonable. Special orders for outlying communities are available.
Do you provide lessons? You're more than welcome to watch as I cook. I recommend that customers let me prepare at least one meal for them before committing time and money to learning from me. Cooking and teaching with someone else actually lengthens the process.
What about nutrition / dietary requirements? I'm familiar with various requirements such as low - sodium, reduced calorie, low - carb, diabetic, and dental soft diets. Also, religious restrictions such as Halal and Kosher preparation are accommodated(depending upon availability).
